Where do we start?  We get acquainted with your needs and focus on your organization to decide which course and material will be best suited for you. Then, we just start!

As a young professional who started a corporate career auditing large financial companies, developed the infrastructure for small companies, and later started her own businesses, Samantha Argosino, the Founder of Harness Coaching, has realized the true passion that has led her here today. The passion for inspiring people to be better, teaching people to succeed, and spreading good seeds so that greatness becomes deeply rooted in the framework of their organizations!
